We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service.
1. Shipping Costs
We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
2. Processing Time
- Standard Orders: 1-3 business days.
- Customized Orders: 4-6 business days (for printing names/numbers).
We ship from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
- North America (USA, Canada): 7-15 Business days
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7-12 Business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-15 Business days
- South America: 10-20 Business days
4. Customs & Import Taxes
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
However, we always do our best to declare packages appropriately to minimize the risk of extra charges for our customers.
5. Lost/Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or resend the order.
